Company ProfileIn July of 1991 Kassel Construction, Inc. opened its doors. The company was started by Richard M. Hoffmann as sole owner and President. The company consisted of Richard, one project manager, one superintendent and was located in the basement of Richard’s home. Since those humble beginnings we have grown to a company of over 50 employees and have increased the size of our office space to over 5,000 square feet including a warehouse. Our annual revenues have increased from under $500,000 to nearly $45,000,000 annually. Kassel’s success is largely due to the leadership of Richard M. Hoffmann and his ability to cultivate loyal employees, building on their strengths and improving their weaknesses to create a team atmosphere where everyone works together toward a common goal, the success of Kassel Construction. Kassel Construction specializes in commercial construction specifically public works contracts. The wide range and diverse nature of public works projects keeps Kassel Construction challenged and draws on the experience and knowledge of our pool of talented employees. Kassel Construction has had an extremely successful track record to date and has every intention of continuing far into the future.
